Usefixr also integrates several tools designed to improve the user experience. Among them, the company introduced a feature called “Scan-to-Fix,”which allows users to identify an appliance that requires repair by scanning a code or device. This function simplifies technical diagnosis and helps technicians prepare for interventions. The application also includes a real-time request tracking system, allowing users to monitor the progress of their service request. In addition to household services, the platform provides tools for businesses. Companies can use the application to manage maintenance requests for equipment and infrastructure through a single digital interface.
