Power slowly being restored to residents, businesses

First Energy is working to restore electricity to thousands of affected residents and businesses across northeastern Ohio following a significant outage. Most Mahoning and Columbiana County customers expect power by Sunday 11 p.m., while Trumbull County restoration may take until Monday evening. The utility has not disclosed the outage's cause.
